A few weeks back I was sitting at work in an outfit I hated and decided to take a quick trip to Michigan Ave during lunch to see if I could find something I liked. I walked into Anthropologie and about an hour later walked out IN a new outfit. I bought the black Joe's jeans/pants I blogged about the other day and a beautiful cream camp shirt. I wore both that night to a Billy Currington concert.
While I was in the store I also tried on this gorgeous red blouse. I loved it, but couldn't not justify buying a pair of pants and two blouses. However, I've thought about it ever since -- and isn't that the best judge of a potentially great purchase?
So here's the deal I've made for myself: I have to make some returns along Michigan Ave this weekend and if this blouse is still at Anthro, I'll buy it. It'll be my "Christmas Blouse" ;)
