Can I go an entire year without buying an item for myself, for my apartment, or for a gift at full retail price?
Rules: (1) Purchase price must be lower than original retail price, achieved through an in-store sale, coupon or buying at a discount store (TJ Maxx, Nordstrom Rack, etc); (2) Excludes: food items, toiletries and make up; (3) No bending of the rules for a special event (wedding, birthday, etc.)
