My manager and I met yesterday to set my goals for the next few months. Right now I floating in between the rookies and the heavy hitters in our department. I finished 10th in the department (of 40+) and around 50th in the office (of 250+) last month. Not too bad for performance before my one year mark, but obviously I want more.
So here we go ... hitting the phones ... making new contacts ... landing new accounts!
