Wit-ty [wit-ee] -adjective

"Possessing wit in speech or writing; amusingly clever in perception and expression; intelligent and clever; characterized by wit."

Today I was called witty by one of my very favorite co-workers. This alone would be a great compliment to receive simply because this co-worker is hilarious himself and has become a great friend.

But it's so much more than a mere compliment, because I know exactly where I got this wit from ... my amazing father.

He was absolutley hilarious and a witty comment was often rolling of his tongue. If there was one trait of his I could have (luckily I have hundreds) it would be his wit. This wit means I don't take too seriously and can see the humor in everyday things, I can be clever and see a perspective other might not and, best of all, I enjoy laughing and making others laugh.

Cheers to you and your laughter!
