I currently have a single mirror hanging above the couch in my studio. Nothing else is on the wall but I've been itching to get something else up there for awhile. Goals: reflect the light from the windows, draw the eye up, create a sense of spatial depth.
How do I do this?
Multiple mirrors?
Ok, that last one is a little intense. But you get the idea -- muliple mirrors will bounce light around and expand the space visually.
I think I definitely need to go with three mirrors -- but what about something BEHIND the mirrors. I had great luck stenciling the wall behind my bed.
Perhaps a different design behind the mirrors. Or perhaps placing a frame over the mirrors themselves? Hmmm ... ideas are churning ...
