Today is Thursday and I am bummed out because I completely forgot about the 12-noon yoga class I really like to attend. I was WAY out of it this morning so I am not suprised with myself. But definitely bummed to have missed out on the awesome feeling I come away with when leaving a good yoga class.
I realized all of this when my best friend posted a link to a webpage with this photo and my response was "that's a visual of how I feel after yoga!" Insert deep contented sigh ...
To make up for my a) scatter-brained day and b) missing out on yoga, I will be working out with one of my favorite people ever after work. My friend Dana has lost almost 100 lbs over the last couple years through some very hard work and a lot of amazing dedication to her health and her goals. She's been working on a new work out routine that I am going to attempt to keep up with today! Check in tomorrow to see if I am still alive ;)
