Woooohooooooooo! Took me long enough, but I finally got a coffee table! They are knock off Pottery Barn tables from Target and look great. Two sidenotes: 1) Had my two best friends over for diner last night and took this as I was cleaning up -- I don't normally light EVERY candle in my apartment when I am there by myself ;) 2) See the gorgeous roses? One of my best friends dropped those off Sunday evening with a note asking me to be one of her bridesmaids! So excited for this wedding -- adore the bride and groom and am so honored to have been asked to be a part of their wedding party.
Below is a photo of those two best friends when we were in Napa earlier this month. All Enterprise-Rent-A-Car had was a HUGE Dodge Ram. So we all piled in and rolled around wine country in Pam the Ram. We loved it.
After returning from Napa I spent almost all of my time with my nephew Jonathan James -- pictured below in his ADORABLE duckies pajamas. He's the most precious baby that has ever lived and I cannot get enough of him. My sister and brother-in-law have since gone back to Champaign IL for my sister's second year of vet school, so I soaked up every moment I could.
While JJ and my sister slept, my brother-in-law, Jackson and I watched lots of movies and look at how the men of the house lay around!
Oh I love my life and all the people (and dogs!) in it.
